What is set

All three are set by this site itself and are what makes signing in, submitting a form and keeping the realm you picked possible at all. They are disclosed here rather than consented to, which is what the ePrivacy rules ask for.

You are not asked to agree to anything

There is no cookie banner on this site, because there is nothing to put on one. No page loads a script from anywhere but this server, no advertising network is involved, and the three cookies above are all strictly necessary.

This site used to be able to carry advertising, and the banner existed to ask about it. That was removed: the quest and item data behind these pages comes from Blizzard's developer API, and its terms of use forbid showing that data alongside advertising, using it to target advertising, or passing anything to an advertising network. So rather than an ad slot that is switched off, there is no ad slot.

If you answered the old banner while you were signed in, that answer is still in your consent history on Your data, and it stays there. It is the record of what you were shown at the time, which is exactly the kind of thing that must not be quietly deleted. Nothing new is ever added to it.

Who is responsible

PandaQuest is the software. The controller – the person or company answerable for the data on this particular hub – is whoever runs it, and these details come from their configuration rather than from the code.
